Draft for owner and professional review. These pages describe this prototype. Merchant details, purchase-support arrangements and the refund policy must be completed before any course is sold. Payment-gateway approval and legal compliance are not guaranteed by publishing these pages.

Draft privacy notice

The account service uses the name and email address supplied for the account, password hashes, account status and access records. Administrator authentication uses protected multi-factor authentication data. The platform records eligible course progress, submitted checkpoint attempts and associated content versions, plus security and administrative audit information.

The new data-centre prototype stores field-notebook entries, exercise drafts and simulation event recipes in the learner's browser. Draft notebook entries and investigations remain in that browser until explicitly submitted. Activity evidence and case reflections that the learner submits are stored with the account, content version and completion timestamp. Objective responses are checked and case event recipes are replayed against the educational rules. Written quality and personal effort remain self-reported. Clearing browser data can remove unsubmitted drafts.

Session cookies support account sign-in and security. A separate random first-party browser cookie supports recognition of a previously verified browser. The service stores a keyed pseudonymous browser identifier, trust expiry, current session generation and activity/expiry timestamps, plus one-use recovery-code hashes. It enforces one active authenticated session per account and limits frequent browser switching. It does not use invasive device fingerprinting or bind access to a fixed IP address. This release does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics or marketing email subscriptions. Hosting and security logs can contain technical request information. The owner must confirm retention periods, hosting arrangements and the applicable request-handling process before publishing a final notice.

If checkout is activated later, the selected provider, Stripe or Razorpay, hosts the payment flow. The platform records order items, currency, totals, payment-provider references, payment status and the access term snapshot. It does not collect raw card details in its own forms. Provider processing is governed by the provider's own privacy information and the merchant's completed notice.

Requests about personal information, correction, access, deletion and complaints need a confirmed privacy contact and documented handling process. Those details are not configured for sales in this draft. The owner must also confirm the intended learner age range and any additional requirements before accepting learners who are minors.

Draft terms of service

Use the platform for personal educational study through your own account. Only one authenticated session may be active for an account at a time. Multiple tabs in the same signed-in browser share that session. A different browser may require additional verification, and replacing an existing session requires an explicit verified action. These controls reduce casual account sharing but cannot prove who is using a device. Do not share account access, attempt unauthorised access to another person's records or misrepresent practice outcomes as a professional qualification. The owner must complete the applicable licence and acceptable-use terms before sale.

The planned purchase is a one-time course purchase with six calendar months of access, measured from the server-confirmed payment time recorded for that purchase. The access-end timestamp will be shown on the order and account. Expired access locks course content while the account and retained eligible learning records remain available.

Prices, currency, tax treatment and the final payable total must be displayed before checkout. This release has no default prices and no recurring subscription billing. A successful browser return from a payment page does not itself activate access. The server must confirm the payment.

All diagrams, models, readings and procedures are educational representations. Nothing on the platform authorises live switching, isolation, testing, maintenance, emergency response or equipment access. Current site and manufacturer procedures and qualified personnel govern real work.

The prototype is not currently offered for purchase. Governing-law and dispute provisions, liability allocation and any other final commercial terms require owner and qualified professional review. No jurisdiction or legal guarantee is invented in this draft.

Refunds & cancellation: policy pending

No refund entitlement, exclusion or processing timeline has been selected in this prototype. Paid checkout remains disabled until the merchant publishes a reviewed policy stating eligibility, how to request cancellation or a refund, relevant deadlines, the request channel and expected processing timelines.

The software records refund and chargeback notifications for merchant review. It does not invent a refund policy or automatically issue refunds. Any access decision following a refund or dispute must follow the published policy and applicable requirements.

Digital course delivery

Courses are digital browser-based learning products. No physical item is shipped. When a course is available for sale, access is associated with the signed-in learner account after the server receives and verifies payment confirmation.

The merchant must publish the expected activation timing and the support route for delayed or missing access before accepting payment. Learners can check order status in their account. A pending or failed payment does not establish an active course entitlement.

The account remains after the six-calendar-month course term ends. Content becomes locked at the recorded expiry time. Any future repurchase or extension is a separate purchase with its own displayed terms.
