Configure an access plan
A plan groups current courses and an access period. The Data Centre course is one selection covering all twelve modules. There is no checkout, charge, recurring subscription or automatic renewal.
All access changes require a recent administrator sign-in with MFA.
Checking administrator access…
Completion uses server-graded checkpoints for assessed courses, or accepted curriculum workload for learning pathways. The Data Centre and Motor quality updates preserve explicitly mapped original records; current-criteria evidence is reported separately. Motor course completion requires knowledge checks plus accepted practical evidence. Written pathway work is self-reported and case rules are server-replayed; neither measured seat time nor competence certification is claimed. Counts may include administrator learners.

Hidden courses are removed from new-learner discovery. Existing assigned learners keep access and records. Hiding does not revoke grants or erase course content.
Read-only original course identities and historical learner records. Existing grants and expiry dates are retained. These are not separate current modules or new offers.

Original plan definitions are retained as read-only records. They cannot be granted again or converted to the current course automatically.

The learner must first complete account setup. Granting a plan starts its access period now. Existing later course expiries are preserved.
